How can your practice help?

eConsults are triaged daily by our GPs. The service is available from 7:00am to 6:30pm weekdays for clinical queries and all the time for administrative queries to help reduce the “8am rush.” We provide a routine service and aim to respond to your eConsult by 6:30pm on the next working day. If you feel your problem cannot wait until the next day, you must contact NHS 111. In a medical emergency, please call 999. To help us make the best use of appointments, please let us know if you are unavailable at certain times. Please do not request repeat sick notes until the day they are due, as we are unable to issue them in advance. If eConsult cannot safely assess your symptoms, this means we are not the appropriate service. In this case, you should contact NHS 111 for further assessment.
